A 7% Lodging Tax is required by the State of Maine

Vacation rental homes are rented on a Saturday to Saturday weekly schedule, with arrival after 3PM and departure no later than 10AM. Basic cleaning at time of departure is covered by the rental rate unless specifically noted in the lease.
Pets are allowed only with property owner permission, and any such allowances must be noted in the lease.
The majority of the vacation rental homes are non-smoking, as will be indicated in the lease.
